‫شبكة تلفزيون الصين الدولية (CGTN): الصين تستهدف أن تكون مركزًا للابتكار

انطلاقة الابتكار

اتخذت الصين خطوات مهمة لتعزيز قدرتها الابتكارية على مدار السنوات القليلة الماضية، مع تحسن قوتها في جوانب العلوم والتكنولوجيا بشكل مطرد من حيث المؤشرات الرئيسية.

احتلت الصين المرتبة 14 من بين أكثر من 100 اقتصاد في جميع أنحاء العالم في تصنيف الابتكار القياسي في عام 2020، وهي الاقتصاد الوحيد متوسط الدخل المدرج ضمن أعلى 30 اقتصادًا لمدة سبع سنوات، وفقًا للمؤشر الذي أصدرته المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية ( World Intellectual Property Organization ) في سبتمبر الماضي.

وورد في بيان صحفي صادر عن جهة المؤشر: “لقد رسخت الصين مكانتها كدولة رائدة في مجال الابتكار، مع مرتبة عالية في المقاييس المهمة، منها براءات الاختراع ونماذج المنفعة والعلامات التجارية والتصاميم الصناعية وصادرات السلع الإبداعية”.

تضاعف تمويل الحكومة المركزية للبحوث الأساسية على مدى السنوات الخمس الماضية، في حين يُقدر التمويل بنحو 6.16%من إجمالي نفقات البحث والتطوير في عام 2020، وفقًا لوانغ زيغانغ، وزير العلوم والتكنولوجيا.

من المتوقع أن يصل معدل إسهام التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في النمو الاقتصادي إلى 60% في عام 2020، حسب توقعات رسمية من وزارة العلوم والتكنولوجيا.

 تم تحقيق العديد من الإنجازات البارزة في مجال التكنولوجيا الفائقة في السنوات الأخيرة، فقد عاد مسبار شانجي-5 إلى البلاد بالعينات الأولى التي تم جمعها من القمر، بينما بدأت أول مركبة فضائية صينية تصل إلى المريخ في استكشاف الكوكب الأحمر.

وتتخذ الدولة خطوات سريعة لتطوير طائرات الركاب الكبيرة والقطار المحمول مغناطيسيًا، بينما تزدهر الصناعات المتعلقة بالاقتصاد الرقمي، وتكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والسيارات الكهربائية على الجانب الآخر.

الوصول إلى الريادة في الابتكار اعتمادًا على الذات

وفقًا للخطة الخمسية الرابعة عشرة للصين (2021-2025) للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الوطنية والأهداف بعيدة المدى حتى عام 2035، ينبغي اعتبار الابتكار جوهر عملية التحديث في الصين، وينبغي إيلاء الأولوية القصوى إلى الاعتماد على الذات وتحسين الذات في العلوم والتكنولوجيا كدور دعم إستراتيجي.

CGTN: An open China is a boon to global economy

The vehicles include the development of new free trade zones (FTZ) and the Hainan free trade port, the integration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and new international trade and investment agreements such as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Agreement (RCEP).

This policy approach has driven reforms and expanded the market, enabling a more specialized division of labor. In addition, intense competition stimulated by trade liberalization and import tariff cuts forced domestic businesses to be more efficient. It has also led to the optimization of the allocation of resources and industrial upgrading.

More than 40 years of reform and opening-up have seen China’s total imports and exports soar from $20.6 billion to more than $4.5 trillion, making the country the world’s top trading nation.

Having moved the nation from times of scarcity to today’s shopping spree experience, reform and opening-up is not only a recipe for China’s success, but has arguably become an indispensable driving force towards a more prosperous world.

Dynasty Targets Global Upscale Real Estate Market With Innovative Cryptocurrency

ZUG, Switzerland, June 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — A new and unique cryptocurrency, the D¥NS, designed to link the benefits of both the crypto and real estate worlds, is being announced by Swiss-based Dynasty Global Investments AG. D¥NS will be linked to ultra-premium property assets acquired by Dynasty in major centres around the world.
