Mogadishu, The Speaker of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Sheikh Mohamed Noor (Madobobe) had a meeting with the British Ambassador to Somalia Mrs. Kate Foster in his office.
The Ambassador of the British Government expressed her condolences to the Somali people and the Somali Government over the death of the late commander of the General Division of Banadir Region, Farhan Mohamud Aden (Qaroole) and Nabadon Ilmi Hagar Gure, who were martyred in the fight against the terrorist group Al-Shabab. Amb. Kate Foster said that the British government is supporting people affected by the drought in some regions of the country.
The Chairman has expressed gratitude to the British Government for the supporting the Somali people and the Somali Government.
