New York, The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, held a sideline meeting with the King of Jordan, King Abdullah bin Hussein, at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The President briefed the king on the situation in Somalia and the security, economic and development changes that his government is working on, saying that it is committed to the stability of the country and the fight against the Al-Shabaab terrorist group.
The two leaders discussed the strengthening of the relationship between the two brotherly nations, promising that the two governments will appoint diplomats to continue working on the relations and cooperation plans between the two in the fields of security and stability.
