Mogadishu, The Minister of Transport and Aviation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Fardowsa Osman Igaal, received the head of the Air and Humanitarian Service of the United Nations Agency (UNHAS) in Somalia and Kenya, Dr. Franklyn Frimpong.
The meeting, which was also attended by the manager of the Civil Aviation Authority, Mr. Ahmed Macalin Hassan, discussed the cooperation and acceleration of humanitarian missions.
The United Nations Air mission and how to coordinate the development efforts of the Civil Aviation Authority and the Aden Abdulle Airport in the capital of Mogadishu, were also discussed at the meeting.
Finally, the Minister Fardowsa promised that the Somali Government is committed to the facilitation and communication of humanitarian services across the country.
