This new CSR roadmap, Legrand’s third since 2007, forms a natural extension of the Sustainable Development approach the Group has been conducting for many years now. Legrand hereby reasserts its commitment to the sustainable development of its business, setting itself more ambitious targets than in previous roadmaps.
The 2014-2018 roadmap reflects a longer-term commitment on the part of the Group. On the basis of an analysis of priority fields of action conducted interactively with stakeholders, it sets precisely quantified targets. It also fits perfectly with the Group’s new growth segments, especially assisted living and energy efficiency. Taking on board the Group’s initiatives aimed at ensuring progress for the entire electrical sector, it makes contributors accountable for their results.
