Algiers Finance Minister Dr Elmi Mohamed Nor has on Thursday arrived in Algiers, the capital city of Algeria.
After landing the airport, he was welcome by Algerian trade minister Kamal Razik, and Somalia’s Ambassador to Algeria Abdulwahab Mocalim Mohamed.
