Al-Shabab faces pain of the defeat by public revolution – Gen Bihi

Mogadishu Al-Shabab terror group is experiencing pain of the defeat as locals took guns to defend themselves from the radical mafia.

General Mohamed Tahlil Bihi, national infantry troops boss, says the enemy is in the last stage of desperate, targeting wells and children.

“Our recent military campaign gains are the outcome of this public revolution. It must continue and we will support without hesitation,” he added.

Over 30 villages were re-captured by Somali National Army in large-scale and planned operations in nationwide last weeks.

Around 200 Al-Shabab militants killed during the clashes, hundred others savagely injured and scores were apprehended, pending for interrogation.
