Hiiran, The acting Speaker and First Deputy Speaker of the House of the Somali Parliament, H.E Saadiyo Yasin Haji Samatar, and a delegation led by her arrived in Buula Burte District of Hiran Region in Hirshabelle region.
The Speaker and her delegation have delivered a shipment of aid to the army in Buula Burte District of Hiran Region. The Speaker’s trip was accompanied by the Minister of Women and Human Rights Mrs. Mrs. Khadija Mohamed Diriye, the Minister of Petroleum and Mines, Mr. Abdirisaq Omar Mohamed, the oragnizer of the parliament, Mr. Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan Nuh, the advisers on women to the President and the Prime Minister, the National Women’s Association and the Deputy Chairman of Social Affairs of the Banadir Regional Government and Governors of Warta Nabada and Abdicasis Districts.
Speaker Sadiyo, went on a walking tour of some parts of the city, observing the actual situation in Buloburte city, and told that the people of Hiraan, the Somali government, are standing by their side, so that the country can be restored free from the terrorist group Al-Shabab.
Finally, the 1st Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Mrs. Sadiyo mentioned that when the Parliament is opened, the MPs will be asked to raise money for the fight of the Hiran people to win the liberation of the country.
