ولقد تأسست “وان بزنس سنتر” One Business Center (OBC) بغرض إلهام نجاح ريادة الأعمال، من خلال تزويد الشركات بالمكاتب الخاصة ومساحات العمل المشتركة في دبي. وشهدت الشركة مؤخراً تحولاً لافتاً في ديمغرافية عملائها، وتخطط للتوسع بإجمالي مساحتها الحالية إلى 100 ألف قدم مربعة بحلول نهاية العام المقبل.

اعتادت OBC في السابق استقبال الشركات الناشئة ورجال الأعمال وغيرهم من العملاء المؤقتين داخل دولة الإمارات، ولكنها اليوم أصبحت الوجهة المفضلة لعدد متزايد من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكذلك الشركات العالمية متعددة الجنسيات والتي تتبع سياسات وفر التكلفة منذ العام 2020. وتشكل هاتان الشريحتان ما نسبته 60٪ و25٪ على التوالي من عملاء OBC الحاليين، في موقعيها الرئيسيين في أبراج بحيرة جميرا ومدينة دبي للإعلام.

وأفادت شركة “سي بي آر إي” ( CBRE ) في تقريرها الأخير أن إيجارات المكاتب في دبي ترتفع بوتيرة أسرع من نيويورك ولندن، وأن قيمة إيجارات المكاتب الرئيسية زادت بنسبة 7٪ في النصف الأول من عام 2022، بالإضافة إلى أن الطلب على المساحات المكتبية المرنة في مناطق الأعمال الرئيسية يعد أعلى من أي وقت مضى. ونتيجة لهذا التزايد، تتوسع OBC وتضيف موقعاً ثالثاً إلى مجموعة مواقعها؛ ليصبح أول مركز أعمال يتم افتتاحه في إعمار سكوير، وهي منطقة تضم العديد من الشركات العالمية والشركات الإماراتية والإقليمية والمؤسسات المالية والاستشارية الرائدة. وسيكون الافتتاح الرسمي لمركز OBC الجديد والذي يقع في الطابق السابع من مبنى إعمار سكوير رقم 6 في منتصف أكتوبر 2022.

‫ZTE تؤيد اتفاقية تحفيز الكهربة

تسريع التنمية المستدامة الخضراء العالمية

Minister of Public Works attends the conclusion on the two-day meeting

Mogadishu, The Minister of Public Works, Reconstruction and Housing of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Ismael Abdirahman Sh. Bashir attends the conclusion of the two-day meeting of the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction & Housing in Mogadishu.

The meeting was attended by the Director General, Director of Departments, Consultants and project participants lasted for two days.

The first part of the meeting was chaired by the State Minister of the Ministry of Public Works, Mr. Bashir Mohamed Jama (Gobe), reports were presented on how to improve the work of the Ministry.

Departments of Planning, Reconstruction, Housing, Maintenance of Construction Materials and Regional Roads Construction Project Manager (RIP) presented their current works and plans.

The minister who closed the meeting praised the directors and department heads of the Ministry for their work.

Ambassador of Somalia to Sudan receives his Spanish counterpart

Khartoum, The ambassador of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Mohamed Sheikh Isac received at the embassy in Khartoum H.E. Isidro González the New Ambassador of Spain to Sudan, and they had a fruitful discussion on the situation in the region, they also discussed on cooperation and strengthening relations between the two brotherly countries of Somalia and Spain.

Minister of Communications participates at a conference on ITU election

Bucharest, The Minister of Communications and Technologies of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Jama Hassan Khalif, participated in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Leadership Election.

The meeting of the Member States of the International Telecommunication Union known as ITU is underway in Bucharest, Romania. A delegation led by the Minister of Communications and Technology is participating on behalf of Somalia.

The Minister of Communications congratulated the new leadership, and highlighted the importance of working to bring the developing countries to those who are advanced in the field of technology and communication, and work together so that everyone in the world would have access to communication services that they can afford and can rely on.

The conference, which opened on September 24, will continue until October 14.

The theme of this plan is “Let the youth break the wall of fear” because they are a powerful force that if used well can lead to progress in the elimination of the enemy.

PM Hamza takes part in the 73rd reception of China National day

Mogadishu, The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre took part in an online Reception for the 73rd China National Day hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Somalia.

Several other guests including foreign ambassadors in Mogadishu participated in the virtually meeting. “Somalia will embrace a promising future and there will be more success stories for us to make and tell in China Somalia relations and cooperation,” the embassy tweeted.
